We want you to be totally satisfied with your Hunter Gatherer Co. product. We are happy to exchange or refund items that you are not 100% satisfied with or that you have received in a damaged or faulty condition within 30 days of purchase.

Please contact us with your full name and order details regarding any returns and we will advise of exact process according to the following guidelines;

  • If your item is not what you truly wished for we are happy to issue a store credit for the product. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original, undamaged packaging for a credit equivalent to purchase price. If the packaging is damaged, you may only be offered a partial refund.
  • Shipping back to Hunter Gatherer Co. will be at the customers expense for change of mind and we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged deliveries.

  • No returns or refunds on sale or seconds items.
  • Hunter Gatherer Co. will pay the cost of return shipping if the product is damaged.
  • Please ensure that items are well packed and shipped with a tracking number to ensure a safe journey. 

Change of mind before order is posted

If you change your mind about a product after an order has been placed, but before it has shipped to you, please contact us as soon as possible. You will be refunded via your original method of payment.

Before refund, the fees from the transaction such as Paypal, Afterpay or Shopify etc. will be deducted from the total amount. These fees range from 2-6% depending on the payment method used at checkout.

$250 Free Shipping on return orders
If your refund brings the original order below $250.00, the $9.95 flat rate shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Hunter Gatherer Co. have the right to reject any returns outside of the 30 day return period or items which are returned in a used condition (including damaged product packaging). Reasonable care of returned goods must be taken; failure to do so may result in refusal of refund or we may deduct up to 50% of the cost based on the condition the goods ae returned in. Product returns that do not meet our return criteria will not be refunded.
